Payment Policy

At Fitcare, we aim to keep our payment process transparent and straightforward for all customers. Please review the payment terms below before placing an order.

1. Advance Payment

To confirm any order, 15% of the total order value must be paid upfront.
This advance payment allows us to process, reserve, and schedule your order for dispatch and installation.

Orders will not be confirmed or processed without receipt of the advance payment.

2. Balance Payment

The remaining 85% balance amount must be cleared before delivery or installation, as communicated by our team.

In certain cases, Fitcare may request full payment prior to dispatch, depending on:

  • Product category
  • Order value
  • Location
  • Custom or special-order items

3. Accepted Payment Methods

Fitcare accepts the following payment options:

  • Debit Cards / Credit Cards
  • UPI
  • Net Banking
  • EMI options (subject to eligibility and partner availability)

Payment options available will be displayed at checkout or shared by our sales team.

4. EMI & Finance Options

EMI facilities are available on select products through our payment partners.
Approval, tenure, and interest rates are governed by the respective financial institution.

Fitcare does not control or influence EMI approval decisions.

5. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after the advance payment is received and acknowledged by Fitcare.

Once confirmed:

  • Products are allocated
  • Delivery timelines are initiated
  • Installation scheduling (if applicable) begins

6. Payment Delays

Delays in completing the balance payment may result in:

  • Delivery postponement
  • Installation rescheduling
  • Order hold or cancellation in certain cases

Fitcare will not be responsible for delays caused due to pending payments.

7. Refunds Related to Payments

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Returns & Refund Policy and credited back to the original payment method within the stipulated timeline.

Advance payments may be non-refundable for certain products. Please refer to the specific product page or policy details before ordering.

8. Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The price applicable at the time of advance payment will be considered final for the confirmed order.
